• A 2 man delivery team to room of choice.
• Deliveries are booked in by text & email, providing customers with a 3hr time slot.
• Once your furniture is loaded onto the delivery vehicle, a personalised reminder is sent, including a link for tracking.
• You will receive a courtesy call up to 30 minutes prior to arrival.
• The 2 man delivery team will take your furniture to ‘any room of choice’.

You are very welcome to collect your furniture from our workshop in Carlisle, Cumbria.

Please note:

• Kindly let us know in advance of any difficult circumstances regarding your delivery, i.e top floor flat, no parking nearby, restricted parking or limited access etc.
• We do ask if you could ensure access to the room and the room itself is clear and ready for the delivery team to put your furniture in situ.
• The majority of our items are delivered ready built so please make sure you have adequate access to your property. We recommend measuring your choice of access to make sure the item will fit as we cant be held responsible for furniture not fitting in your chosen room or being to large to be able to get the the room.

In the unlikely event of your furniture being damaged when you receive it we will endeavour to rectify the damage or if needed, finish you a new item at the earliest possible opportunity.
