Payments

All Prices include VAT.

For online orders we accept payments via Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and Amex debit/credit cards which are processed via GLOBAL PAYMENTS on our behalf.

Purchasing online requires either a 30% deposit to commence with your order or if you wish you can pay the full balance at time of order, this option can be chosen at the basket.

Remaining Balance

The total outstanding balance must be cleared at the time of booking the delivery for your items. We accept payments via Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and Amex debit/credit cards, this can be made over the phone or by logging into your 'online account'. We also accept bank transfer.

Collections

You can pay cash, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and Amex debit/credit cards on collection of your order.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days from point of order for a full refund of the deposit/payment made.

Orders cancelled 7 to 14 days after point of order will be subject to a loss of the deposit at 30% of order total.

Due to the bespoke nature of our business and because our furniture is finished to your specifications and not from stock, once this cancellation period has elapsed it will not be possible to cancel the order.

No refunds or exchanges can be given on bespoke items that have been made/finished to your specifications unless there is a manufacturing fault or the items are not what you ordered.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

Whilst we take every precaution to ensure all our furniture are passed to you in good condition, unfortunately, minor damage can occur. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery/collection. We will either repair or replace the item as necessary. We will only issue a full refund in the rare event when we are unable to repair or replace the item.

Deliveries

If in the process of delivery the delivery team deem it unsafe or consider it not possible to deliver the item to the customer's choice of room the team will then ask for an alternative room to place the item in. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all items can be delivered to the room intended. In the event that this is not possible the normal 'Cancellations & Refund policy' applies.

Please Note: Our furniture is made from real wood materials and therefore can be subject to natural changes dependent on its environmental conditions, for which we cannot be held responsible for.

Sizes and colours can vary slightly because of the nature of real wood and so photos and samples are a guide.
